To help you feel empowered through movement.
MY MISSION
What do we do?
Empowering you through strong and mindful movement.
How do we do it?
Giving you the tools you need to connect to your body, breath, and strength.
Who do I work with?
Anyone and everyone is who is willing to ask questions and do the work.
What value are we bringing?
Valuing your unique needs, goals and strengths.
MY APPROACH
My approach is not only to assist you physically, but to help you connect with your body on a deeper level.
I strive to help you develop your strength and intuition so you can achieve your goals, whether that’s running a marathon, playing with your kids, or running the world!
I’m here to support you when you need a little “duct tape care” to get you through a particularly busy or stressful time, to guide you when you want/need to be kindly pushed, and to be an advocate and resource for your tricky clinical and/or specific injuries and issues.
My goal is to give you the space to feel seen and heard while helping you connect to and understand your body and it’s unique needs.
